• Limit announcement description to the subject line.
  Currently the announcement area displays the subject line and a long run-on of the first part of the description before it cuts off.  (see attached screenshot).  The only thing I see needed in the Announcement list area is the announcement title.  Beyond that, the hover preview will take care of providing additional detail should the user need to view it.
  
  
  
• Create hover preview of announcement without having to drill into it.
  See attached screenshot.  Looking for a borderless hover preview like the requests preview but with a nicer layout and retained formatting.  The request preview should also be retaining some of the formatting but that's another issue.
  
  
• Retain formatting in announcement detail. Currently all formatting is stripped.
  Correction:  Bulleted items formatting is the only thing being stripped. (see attached screenshot)
  
  
• Improve visuals of annoucement area.  Attention should be drawn to this area for requesters for important issues such as server outages, etc..
  
  
• Add comment thread to announcement area for requesters to provide notes or feedback regarding the announcement.
