How are you doing?
I'm trying to install the SAP Server & CCMS plugin but I didn't make this happens.
I did exactly what the Prerequisite told me to do but I haven't result yet.
When I try to add a monitor after this procedure it appears the following message:
"SAP Java Connector not found in the classpath."
I'm using a machine with the following configuration:
S.0 = Windows XP SP3 (x86)
RAM = 1024 MB
HD = 20 GB
This is only a virtual machine that I'm using it to make this test to after this reproduce in my Windows 2008 (x64) Server that is in my production ambient now.
Thanks a lot!

Please let me know following details:

Is the Applications Manager installed OS 32 bit or 64 bit?

If the OS is 64 bit then 64 bit version of Applications Manager should be installed.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Paul!
Thanks for your agility!
Sorry my friend, I forgot to add the both .dll in the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
After this the problem was solved.
I'll try to do this in my Windows 2008 server that must have this feature enabled.
Thanks a lot!

Hi Paul,
About the installation of this feature in a Windows Server 2008 64 bits I realized that the both DLL's mentioned in the Prerequisite for this plugin is in C:\Windows\SysWOW64. Is this correct?
If it is this time I'm not really bring the feature on!
Could you help me?
Thanks a lot!

For a 64 bit server you have to install the 64 bit version of Applications Manager.

You can check the version from ..Appmanager10\logs\stderr.txt files.

os architecture=amd64

Download SAP JCo Release 2.1.10 64 bit version from this web page :

In the machine, where AppManager is running, Copy librfc32.dll to C:\WINDOWS\system32 directory.

Copy sapjcorfc.dll and sapjco.jar to AppManager10/working/lib directory.

Verify msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll exist in the Windows system directory. The DLL files must be added to the Windows system directory if they do not already exist.

Thanks & Regards,

I am using version 11 installed today and I have the same issue. Checked everything
windows 7 64 bit
app manager 11 64 bit
jco ntintel 2.1.10
C:\WINDOWS\system32, C:\WINDOWS\syswow64  has librfc32.dll
C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\AppManager11\working\lib has sapjcorfc.dll and sapjco.jar
C:\WINDOWS\system32, C:\WINDOWS\system, C:\WINDOWS\syswow64 all have  msvcr71.dll and msvcp71.dll
environment path has C:\WINDOWS\system32, C:\WINDOWS\system, C:\WINDOWS\syswow64
any pointers what is the issue?

You have mentioned you are using Applications Manager 64 bit in a Windows 64 bit server, however you did not highlight if you have downloaded 32 bit or 64 bit Jco files. Also can you install the Applications Manager in 'C:\Program Files\' instead of 'C:\Program Files (x86)\' as the later is used by 32 bit applications?

During the installation steps select 'C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\AppManager11\' as the path. Also you have to copy only 64 bit version of the SAP Jco files & corresponding dll files. Remove the files you copied in C:\WINDOWS\syswow64\ , that is used by 32 bit applications.

Please send us the files you have copied in below locations along with the support information file from Applications Manager.

<AppManager Home>\working\lib\
