Behaviour change for the 'Technician Timer'

Behaviour change for the 'Technician Timer'

Thank you for implementing the 'Technician Timer' feature from the ServiceDesk Plus tree. This has made it a lot easier for our technicians to keep track of the amount of time they are spending on requests.

I do have one suggestion though that would make it a lot more functional.

At the moment, when you click on the clock icon, you get the option to add a comment and then when you click on the 'Start' button the dialog closes and goes back to the requests view showing the clock spinning. The technician then works on the call, but has to write notes down on a piece of paper to keep track of what they have done. They then click on the clock icon again and select 'Add to Worklog' where the comment automatically gets added and then they add the additional details. They also have to increase the time spent manually for the time it takes for them to update the Worklog.

I much better experience would be:
  1. Rename 'Add Comment' to 'Add Worklog'.
  2. When you click on the 'Start' button the clock starts, but the dialog stays open so they can continue to add additional detail as they are carrying out the work.
  3. Once complete, they click the 'Add to Worklog' and all the details are already populated, including the time taken.... perfect!
This would decrease the amount work our technicians have to do manually and ManageEngine a lot more functional for us.
