Better Pictures in AD

Please consider implementing the newer "userPhoto" feature for high quality photos in Active Directory that are stored in Exchange Mailbox and automatically resized and distributed to thumbnail. This gives far better result that the old thumbnail feature of AD.

Is it a big task for Manage Engine to change how pictures are implemented?
