Can a new ticket be created from an OpManager alarm on demand rather than automatically?

Can a new ticket be created from an OpManager alarm on demand rather than automatically?

Hi, my client wants to be able to select an alarm and then choose to log a ticket in ServiceDesk. Whilst I know I can integrate Opmanager and Servicedesk and provide a notification profile tolog tickets automatically is there a way to just log a ticket on demand from OpManager?
