Can not monitor CAS services

Can not monitor CAS services

Hi,
I tried Exchange Reporter Plus to monitor my Exchange 2013 system. After I'd added Organization, it detected all MB and ACS server but anythings related to CAS services show "-".
On Report Configuration - Server Monitoring category, these things show "No data currently available for the report. Please wait for the data collection to occur" status.
Please help. Thank you.
