Corrupt profile? Get NTLM error when open Asset scan summary.

When trying to access the scan summary, I get an  NTLM Failed Redirecting To Login Page error.

I click on ASSETS, everything looks fine. if I click on any of the items in the Scan Summary section, like " Workstation/Server Detected" I get the above error. This was working fine yesterday and no changes have been made to the SDP application. I can get to everyplace else.

I restarted the services and it's the same behavior. My co-employees are NOT having this issue. Wondering what it could be?

Using build 9220 and MSSQL

*** UPDATE ***
It appears that my profile might be "corrupt". If I log in as Admin, delete my TECHNICIAN record, re-import from AD so I have a REQUESTER account, make THAT "me" a Technician, then everything works fine.

My questions now become:
A. If I do this in Prod, will I lose all my activity history, cust views, etc?
B. What might have caused this so we can avoid it in the future?
C. Are there any other solutions besides deleting and re-adding my profile you can think of?
