Hi All,

i have two windows domain,

1. BTPNS

2. SCBS

I have account & service account on SCBS and I want to reset this account but PMP can't reset it, on windows notification display "Access denied"

Compare with service account on BTPNS, PMP able to reset service account with succesfull.

Any special requirement need for reset service account? we have same user configuration and permission on both domain. Please kindly your help
