Canned responses organisation
Canned responses appear in random (chronological ?) order in the "Insert canned response" menu, but in alphabetical order in "Manage canned responses" area.
They'd be much faster to use if:
1. They appeared in alphabetical order in the "Insert..." menu.
2. There was some way to create a category hierarchy so that instead of appearing in a single list, they appear in a series of sub-menus
