Hi using Chrome and selecting Add Group displays just the top of the screen with the two radio buttons to select criteria or pick options shows but the rest of the screen is blank.  I checked and the server is not running low on any resource and even restarted it just to be sure.  With Chrome you get the wait rundle and nothing happens.  Occasionally it will show the remainder of the screen but it's more normal to look like it's just hung.

Using IE is worse you just get the menu header and nothing below.

We are running 8404 and a test patch to allow groups to be used to define password policy.
