Cannot Import Switches into Switch Port Mapper
I am trying to import switches for our network into Switch Port Mapper but am failing in my attempt. I have used the examples listed in the csv help but I am unsure of how to/what is a Tree Hierarchy and the correct way to enter the information. Also when I attempt to manual enter the switch information, it is displaying the wrong task Name. Any help in resolving these two issue would greatly be appreciated. Attached is a screenshot of the missed named Task Names.
