"Cannot scan the disposed and expired asset."

"Cannot scan the disposed and expired asset."

So I try to troubleshoot scans that were not able to scan the asset due to the error: "Cannot scan the disposed and expired asset." 

The assets are NOT in the state of 'expired' or 'disposed'. They are 'in use' and running on our network. I have generated the support file but do not know which email to send it to.

Please let me know of any further steps to be taken.
