Change Management - Implement a comprehensive change management system that allows you to handle pre-approved changes and changes with complete approval cycle.

This is not true as it does not allow non-technicians to approve changes. Any manager within the company can have change approval within their department. I work for a media company and all department managers have to approve their own changes. These also then have to be approved again by the IT Manager in some instances, or the Financial Director, or MD, etc

This means the system requires a path for changes that can be templated for various types, requiring single approval, or an approval path to follow once each step is reached.

Currently requesters can "Recommend" changes (even though the labelling on the email button says "Submit for approval", but this does not allow the change to be approved.

It is currently NOT a system with a "complete approval cycle" and should therefore not state as such. Companies could purchase this at great cost only to find out it does not provide what it says it will: oh....we did!
