Cisco WLAN Controller could not me backup

Our WLAN Controller is Cisco 5508 with Software version: 8.2.151.0，It's could not be backup by telnet-TFTP、SSH-TFTP or SSH only mode.
How to change WLAN controller setting or need patch NCM ?
