Recently, all the PCs in our system are automatically checked when opening the Remote Shutdown windows.  Happens in all browsers (IE, FF and Chrome).  This selection crosses pages and it appears ALL PCS are selected.  

Is this some admin setting somewhere that we changed and can change back?

We need the default action to be UNSELECTED.  See example screenshot in attachment.
