Configuration Netflow on cisco 4500-X (cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.07.00.E.152-3.E)

I have a pair of new Netflow 4500-X that i want to add to the Netflow Analyser (i have yet an ASA and it's working well).
I configure the 4500X as follow :
flow record NF-RECORD
match ipv4 tos
match ipv4 protocol
match ipv4 source address
match ipv4 destination address
match transport source-port
match transport destination-port
collect interface input
collect interface output
collect counter bytes
collect counter packets
collect timestamp sys-uptime first
collect timestamp sys-uptime last
flow exporter Manager
destination netflowanalyser
source Loopback0
transport udp 9996

flow monitor NF-MONITOR
exporter Manager
cache timeout inactive 30
cache timeout active 5
cache entries 1000
record NF-RECORD
And i apply it to vlan 10 (vlan 10 config / flow monitor NF-MONITOR input).
Try to apply to an Etherchannel too (int po3 / flow monitor NF-MONITOR input

The device appears on the interface, but with another interface that don't have any config. And the interface i have confgured do not appear (po3 and vlan 10). ;Try many things but don't know where to debug.
