Content reports requiring visible GAL entry
We are trying to run Content Reports, but when we do we get the error
The mailbox user '<domain>\<serviceacctname>' is hidden from the Global Address List. (81002746) Click here to troubleshoot.
The problem with this is that we don't want the service account listed in the Global Address List. Why is this a requirement?
