After the 9117 update, the conversation icon is now now working correctly.  Before it showed red when you were needing to respond the the requester and green when you sent am e-mail back to the requester and no color when the ticket was first opened.  Now all tickets show green with no conversation, and the colors change in the opposite manner than they used to.  For example, it now shows green after the requester e-mails back in the conversation.  This is now not very intuitive and hard to use.  Is this the way it is supposed to be now, or do I have an issue?
