Create Trap processor

in free version of opmanager 12.2 there is a limitation on new trap ? (i'm waiting the conversion of license file from the vendor)
I'm trying to add new trap from mib and from create trap proccessor but does not work.
if a try to add from mib once added if i try to enable does not work.
If i create a Trap preppocessor des not save Match Criteria and Rearm Criteria , and when i save the new trap i'm not able to enable it.
