Credentials issue when enabling Powershell monitoring mode

Credentials issue when enabling Powershell monitoring mode

Good day

I have been struggling a bit with setting up Sharepoint monitoring in Applications Manager.

I've created a monitor group and associated 4 Sharepoint monitors to it successfully - I however need to change the monitoring mode from WMI to Powershell as this is needed to monitor Sharepoint services, Timed jobs, etc.

What I've done so far:

1. I've enabled PSRemoting on the Probe server as well as the 4 Sharepoint nodes
2. Made sure the listener ports are opened between devices (5985 and 5986)
3. Added the 4 Sharepoint nodes into Trusted Hosts in Local Group Policy on Probe server
4. Force enabled WSManCredSSP on all nodes, with Client role assigned to Probe server and Server role to Sharepoint nodes
5. Restarted WinRM service on all nodes multiples times after changes were made
6. The credentials I am using is both my admin account and a Sharepoint service account, neither works.

I am still getting this error:  Failed. Error : Test connection with remote server failed. Kindly check the credentials and try again.

See attachment for further clarification.

Am I missing something? If I use the same credentials and select WMI monitoring mode, they work. However, as mentioned above, I need to be able to use Powershell mode monitoring.

Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated; if you need to know anything else, just give me a shout!

Cheers,
Mat
