I am having major troubles setting up an employeeType custom attribute. I am trying to set it to Service, but I keep getting an error 8007200a on User Creation. I have doubled and triple checked spelling. 

Display Name: Employee Type

LDAP Name: employeeType

Data Type: Unicode String

Reports: Everything

Management: Everything 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
