Custom Trigger to remove requester from ticket

Custom Trigger to remove requester from ticket

When ticket is created from sending an email to SD+ requester is set based on the address. When technicians forward forward request from their own email they become the requester and skew reports.

Is it possible to have a script that strips requester from a ticket if it was submitted via email and requester is a technician?
