I'm wondering if there is a way to customize the User templates so we can add / remove fields that are relevant.  

Additionally, is it possible to have any sort of if-then logic built into the template or user-account creation process.  

For example: I select a template and fill out say, the department information.  Based on that department selection information, it drops the user object into a certain OU based on what the tech selected.
