Desktop Central integration with Service Desk Plus

Hello there,

we have configured our Desktop Central and Service Desk Plus servers as described on page


The connection test in SD runs successfully and does not report errors. Nevertheless, no asset data is posted from DC to SD, or at least no asset data is updated on the SD side.

We are running SD build 9118 and DC build 91099.

Any idea of what is going wrong?
