Desktop Central Server Patches on error

Hi

Have for some time problems to install new patches on my desktop central server.
Have over 2 years no problems with version 9.

Switching to version was a problem because the database migration was not possible.

At some point, I decided to reinstall the server completely. Fortunately, is only a small network .
Also a multiple new installation brought nothing. If an patch is available the installation stop with error.

Win2008 R2 server
V: 10.0.89 to 10.0.93

Is there an uninstaller available or are there other ways to fix the problem?
