Desktop Central Server showing Wrong Time - How to fix it?

Hi Folks,

This could be due to JRE Time issue with Java.   Give a try with the below given steps and revert in case you need more assistance.
    1. Download the attached jar file and save in <DesktopCentral_Server> folder.
    2. Rename the time.rename2jar.txt file as time.jar
    3. Execute the following command:
      • <DesktopCentral_Server> jre\bin\java -cp time.jar Time
    4. The timezone that is displayed as the output should be the same as your default time zone. If not, change the timezone to a different value (any time zone) using Date and Time Properties from the Control Panel.
    5. Restart the Desktop Central Server Service.
    6. Execute the commands as mentioned in step 3 again. The timezone now displayed by the script output should be the same as the value you had set in step 4
    7. Again, set the timezone to the original value using Date and Time Properties from the Control Panel.
    8. Restart the Desktop Central Server Service.
    9. Repeat the step 3 and the output should the timezone set in step 7.
Trust this helps.
