Hi, is it possible to have shortcuts for the following 3 functions:

  • Desktop Central Agent
  • Send Request to Helpdesk
  • Self Service Portal Found this within the Self Service Portal settings on Desktop Central.
There have been times where the agent on machines have disappeared or not loaded, and users are having to log out and back in again to restart Desktop Central.
The Send Request to Helpdesk and Self Service Portal links on the desktop would also be handy for users to have.
