Difference between Windows and Linux Netflow Analyzer Data

We have been running Manage Engine on Windows for a few months and are very happy with it. We recently started switching to linux servers and decided to try Manage Engine's linux version. We have had both the Windows version (8.5) and the linux version (8.6) collecting data at the same time, being fed by the same device.

I have noticed that the windows install seems to consistently have larger data totals, for instance: last week the Windows server recorded 145.48 GB of data transfer, but for the exact same time frame the linux instance recorded 107.42 GB. Both servers have been collecting for the same amount of time from the exact same data source, with the same product settings. Does anyone have any insight into why this large of a discrepancy would show up?
