Division Attribute Field in ADUC

Division Attribute Field in ADUC

Hello, 

How can i enable the hidden user attribute "division" in my ADUC user properties. we'd  like to utilize this hidden field but i am having trouble finding the instructions and thought perhaps our ADManager Plus could handle it easily. Thank you.
