Hi,

Yes Applications Manager supports utf-8 character set for the database. Please send us the screenshot of the 'License Information' & 'Installation Information' from the Support tab in product webconsole.

thank you,
I want utf-8 in "PDF MAKER" portion of schedule reports,
I mean the attachment PDFs that I receive by e-mail.
these PDFs do not show utf-8 url monitor names.
please help me.
Hi,

It won't be possible to change the character set only for scheduled report part.

If you have installed Applications Manager using 'English' language option then configure display name using same language itself.

Yes, I have installed Applications Manager using 'English' language, but there isn't an arabic or persian language in that setup wizard that I can choose.
so, What should I do If I want to have arabic url monitor names?
thanks in advance.
Hi,

Applications Manager is available in English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, French, German, European Spanish, Korean, Hungarian & Traditional Chinese. At present we cannot install in Persian or Arabic languages.

Gobi.

So is there no way to make it run in UTF-8 mode English ?
Hi,

From Applications Manager version 11 Build number 11010 we use utf-8 by default for all Languages.

You can download version 11 and try it.

thank you,you are right.
BUT I think it doesn't support utf-8 In making report PDF files.
When I run schedule reports, it sends a pdf file to my email,  But I see blank instead of Arabic url monitor names!
