Does the Service desk Plus MSP support SAML Login?
We have a customer portal that required authentication and we want to publish the service desk link on this portal, but we don't want to make our customers to login twice, soo we look for a Single Sign On tool and we found that it uses SAML.
Also, we want to set up this feature to our customers and they are not on the company's active directory.
