Domain Scans thinking one computer is many computers

When I run a Domain scan, it reports that one machine changes multiple times. Here is a paste of the report (names have been changed to protect the innocent) history from one machine:

We'll call the machine AUR001. After the scan, all of this information can be found under AUR001's history in Service desk Asset, and none of the station names listed below are available.

Every domain scan Ive done after that lists similar results under AUR001. Its the seems as though during the AD.local scan, it runs into multiple computers, with different IP Addresses and different computer names, and think they are the same machine, repeatedly updating it's assest information in the SAME domain scan (note the time and dates)

I am trying to get an accurate reading of what is scanned on the domain, both hardware and software wise- what is causing this?
