Enrollment Reminder in 5202

Does the enrollment reminder not work in version 5202? After upgrading it seems to have stopped working.
 
One of the main reasons for upgrading was an issue with the enrollment reminder in the previous version we were on ALWAYS showing. Now it won't show for any reason.
