Erro: Request does not fall under your permitted scope. So you are not authorized to update the same
We are seeing this error when trying to close/edit old tickets that were imported into SD+ from a previous helpdesk. The import procedure was done with ManageEnigine's help.
I've already confirmed that the technician in question already has access to all groups and sites in the system; so this is not the issue.
