Error - Credential provided in the org settings is not a member of view only admin group

I still can't get this to work ...I'm using the admin account in organization settings, have the MAPI installed, shut down and restarted exchange reporter ...still no luck. all other aspects of the program seem to work, just not

mailbox reports. I need these more than anything and I like this program, alot! ...just need to get this up and going and you have me sold. thanks for any help

Error Occured The credential provided in the 'Organization Settings' page is not a member of view only administrative group

Credential Error

Provide the credential with the following criteria:

1.Mailbox Enabled User

2.Exchange 'View-only' Administrator or Exchange Administrator

3.The mailbox user should not be hidden from 'Global Address List'

Password :

Note: If MAPI is installed for the first time or unable to save the specified account credentials, please STOP Exchange Reporter Plus using Start Menu -> All Programs -> Exchange Reporter Plus -> Stop Exchange Reporter Plus and RESTART again.
