Error importing user CSV file
I am trying to import users from a CSV into Password Manager Pro. I'm on build 8302. I have the following fields in the file:
- firstname
- lastname
- username
- email address
- password
- department
- location
When I map the columns in the application and click Finish, I get a field error at Email Address that says "Please provide a valid EmailID". No matter what I call the email field (I've tried email address, mail, email, emailid) and no matter what format the email is in, I get the same error.
The instructions found at https://www.manageengine.com/products/passwordmanagerpro/help/importing_users_csv.html are too general and don't steer me in the right direction. Additionally, since nothing is actually importing yet, there aren't any system logs that get created that could tell me what to do. Please advise.
