I am trying to install ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (MESDP) on my MS Windows Server 2012 R2 Std and in the final steps of the installation never finish installing.

It only shows an image of the module that starts the MESDP server processes. At the end it only displays the following text "Application Layer Started ........................................... ", without ever finishing the start operation of those processes.

Check the Services module in the Control Panel (Administrative Tools) of my server and the MESDP service at the beginning is started, but after a few minutes it stops and does not start again.

Check out some tips from other forums that indicate "uncheck the option of interacting with the desktop" in the login tab, but it did not work.

Also run the run.bat file from the command prompt and it did not work either.

Also try with previous versions as recommended in another forum, but it did not work !!!

I would like to help me install MESDP correctly and without errors.
