We've recently updated our Password Manager software to version 8.5.0, build number 8502.

Following the upgrade we're unable to add/remove/change fields assigned to resources and accounts, or add and manage categories in the 'Personal Passwords' section.

We're able to add/delete/change the fields, but when we attempt to save the changes we just get the following message:

Does anyone know why this is being caused and how we would fix this?
