Error when user attempts to change a password

Error when user attempts to change a password

Running ADSelfService Plus, 5330, on an EC2 instance in Amazon Web Services. Using their managed Active Directory service.

Most users have no problem changing their password but one user has issues and we see the following in the log file:
Change Password Failed,hr:800704f1

Not sure what is going on here. Any insights?
