Event ID 1015 MsiInstaller Error

Event ID 1015 MsiInstaller Error

Although patches seem to be installing to clients I'm getting an Event Id 1015 MsiInstaller error in the event logs with the description  "Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0"
 
Any ideas why?
