Exchange Send AS

We recently purchased ADManager for some of our helpdesk users as a test run. One of the tasks they perform on a daily basis is give users "Full Mailbox Rights" and "Send As" rights to other users mailboxes. I found "Full Mailbox Rights" under the Exchange bulk change options. Found Send on Behalf....but that is not "Send As" We need the "Send As" attribute applied when ever "Full Mailbox Rights are applied to a user. Is there a way to accomplish this? This puts a hold on us purchasing more licenses.
