Hello I have the same problem on Ad Manager PLus 6.100. It was working fine untill it ran out of space then after that the management service is not started. I added more space to the virtual machine but still fail to start.

HOW DID YOU FIX IT?

Hi Hani,

ADManager Plus is to able to start because of License Corruption issue. License issue occurs in the following scenarios,
1. Disk Space issue occurs on the drive where the product is installed
2. ADManager Plus Service account or credentials configured in the product does not have privileges on ADManager Plus folder.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue,
1. Please download the file that needs to be replaced by clicking FIX.ZIP.

2. Go to the ADManager Plus installation folder(\ManageEngine\ADManager Plus\lib)

3. In the Lib folder, you will find three files named petinfo.dat, product.dat and free.xml. Rename all the three files to petinfo.dat_bak, product.dat_bak and free.xml_bak

4. Now extract the folder which we provided and place all the three files in the same location.

5. Restart ADManager Plus service from Services.msc. The name of the service is ManageEngine ADmanager Plus.

6. Now login to the default admin account of ADManager Plus and try applying the license.
