False alert: Disk run/user remonved

Hi,

We have a reccurent alarm 10 times every day on a Linux monitor:
   * Disk /run/user/0 removed

Two questions
   1. Except to migrate to v13, do you know if there is a workaround to avoid this fake alarm?
    ** ignoreDisks option /run/user/*
    ** We have seen a fix in v13 release note about exclusion wildcard for disk monitoring
    ** A 'False Disk removed' alert was being generated even when the disk was present in the ignoreDisks option. This issue is fixed.

2. Do you know detail about the root cause?
