Feature request: Integration with Slack

Is anyone else out there using Slack? We started using it and think it's awesome. We've integrated PagerDuty and Trello which makes it really easy to behave as a one stop shop for notifications and team communication. Here is a list of things that Slack integrates with ( link ).

We experimented with using PagerDuty to post notifications in our Help Desk channel when new tickets arrive but it wasn't robust enough. Below is an example of what the PagerDuty notifications looked like. They occupied too much space in our chat channels and you couldn't take action on them or get much information.



I think SDP and SDP MSP integration with Slack would be a time saver and reduce the number of e-mails our techs receive in a day. 

I'd like to see something like this:

New ticket: [##100##]: My Monitor won't turn on
[Requester: Bob Smith] [Site: Company HQ] [Actions:  Pick Up | Assign To]

I ask that the ManageEngine folks look at the Slack Integration page. They have a link to their API. I suspect the work involved may be insignificant compared to the productivity gains. From a business standpoint, adding the integration would get SDP on the integrations list which may sway some folks who are looking for new help desk software.
