[MUST UPGRADE] Auto patch update and startup issues build has been fixed

The 4014 build of O365 Manager Plus has a bug which causes issues in auto update. As a result, the product fails to startup.


Am I affected?

Affected build: 4014

If you are using the 4014 build with auto update enabled, then you may face this issue.


How to fix it?

It’s simple. Follow the steps given below:

  1. Stop O365 Manager Plus. Click Start --› Run --› type "services.msc" --› Stop "ManageEngine Office365 Manager Plus".
  2. Click here to download the ZIP file, which contains RoboUpdaterInfo.xml and resetRoboUpdate.bat files inside it.
  3. Replace the RoboUpdaterInfo.xml located in <install_dir>/conf (by default: C:\ManageEngine\O365 Manager Plus\conf) folder with the XML file that you downloaded in the above step.
  4. Place the resetRoboUpdate.bat file in the <install_dir>/bin (by default: C:\ManageEngine\O365 Manager Plus\bin) folder.
  5. Now right-click resetRoboUpdate.bat and select Run as administrator.
  6. Once the batch file is done running, start O365 Manager Plus. Click Start --› Run --› type "services.msc" --› Start "ManageEngine Office365 Manager Plus".


or You can also manually apply the 4100 service pack to fix this issue.
