Flagging a ticket for a VIP
We have just started evaluating ServiceDesk Plus and would like to know if there is a way to automatically flag a ticket as a VIP. Our old software (HP OVSD) would automatically place a flashing banner at the top of the ticket if it was submitted by a pre-defined list of VIP's.
We have been looking for a way to do this, or even a comparable workaround, but so far have not found it. If anyone knows or can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
