Forcing Mac Agent to contact server

Forcing Mac Agent to contact server

Is there any way to initiate communications to either the distribution server or the primary server, using the command line on a Mac?  Recently we ran into an issue where we needed to push something out via DesktopCentral immediately (remote script to update a standardized password), and saw that many of the computers are online, but were never pushed the script.  Incidentally we noticed that the computers were listed in the incorrect Remote Office, which we've usually seen automatically updated depending on IP scope.  These few computers did not update their Remote Office, and therefore were unable to contact the Distribution Server, because it is unreachable from the location they were in.  When manually attempting to move the computers in the admin SoM console, it states that either the agent is corrupted or uninstalled, which we are fairly positive it is not.

Is there any way to initiate communication from the endpoint, with either the primary or distribution server, using the command line on a Mac?  Any/All information that I've come across regarding this topic has always pertained to a PC.  Is there possibly something that could be run from /Library/DesktopCentral_Agent/bin like dcconfig or dcondemand, with some parameters?

The following thread references "cfgupdate" in the C:\DesktopCentral_Agent\bin folder on a PC, so I'm hoping there's a similar method on a Mac:
