Formatting the email for requesting an unlock

IN the AD Self Service module I have successfully modified the confirmation emails that are sent out and even got the HTML set up in them and they are working fine. I cannot find the setting for the emails that come out when you request an unlock and are sent the code to enter to start the process.

The verbiage:

"Dear user We understand that you want to reset your password/unlock account. To prevent eavesdropping and substantiate your identity, please enter this verification code in the password reset/unlock account page:"

I cannot find the setting for this email Where is it? I would like to change it to add some additional formatting. In it's current form it is not very solid and I need to embed some logos and formatting. Can someone point me in the right direction ?
