Currently, our mobile phone numbers in Active Directory are in the format XXX XXX XXXX and not 1XXX XXX XXXX, so ADSelfService is unable to send text messages because of our current formatting. We could technically change the formatting we use for the mobile phone number field in Active Directory but this may take some time to get approved.

Is there a way to hide the Mobile Phone field that is pulling from Active Directory and only have the mobile phone field available that allows users to manually enter a mobile phone number?
