1. SD-14689 - For the below languages some of the non-english characters are shown garbled.

2. SD-14706 - Problem in adding a new request through "New Request form" by specifying the user associated with an asset, and there is no site configured in the system
We are working on the other issues reported , and will publish the list of issues which is getting fixed in the hotfix shortly in a separate forum post.
Instructions to apply the hotfix :
1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Service. Take a backup using backupData.bat under <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. 2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool. 3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...". 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix. 5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.
